<二>、影響(xiang)電除(chu)塵器除(chu)塵效(xiao)率的四(si)類主要(yao)因素(su)

影響(xiang)靜電除塵器配件性能的因素很多,可(ke)以大致歸納為如下(xia)四大類:

1、粉(fen)塵(chen)特性,主要包括粉(fen)塵(chen)的粒徑分布,真密(mi)度和(he)堆積密(mi)度,粘附性和(he)比電阻等。

2、煙氣(qi)性質,主要(yao)包括煙氣(qi)溫度(du)、壓(ya)力、成分、濕度(du)、流速和含(han)塵濃度(du)等。

3、結構因素,包括(kuo)電暈(yun)線的幾何形狀、直徑、數(shu)(shu)量和線間(jian)距(ju),收塵(chen)極(ji)(ji)的形式,極(ji)(ji)板(ban)斷(duan)面(mian)形狀、極(ji)(ji)板(ban)間(jian)距(ju)、極(ji)(ji)板(ban)面(mian)積以及(ji)電場數(shu)(shu)、電場長度(du),供電方式,振打方式(方向、強度(du)、周(zhou)期),氣流分布裝(zhuang)置(zhi),外殼(ke)嚴密程度(du),灰(hui)斗形式和出(chu)灰(hui)口鎖(suo)風(feng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)等(deng)。

4、操作因素(su),包括(kuo)伏一安特性、漏風率、氣流短(duan)路、粉塵二次(ci)飛揚和電暈線肥大等(deng)。

特(te)(te)別是粉塵和煙(yan)氣的特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing),對(dui)電收(shou)塵的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)影響尤為顯著(zhu)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)煙(yan)塵發生(sheng)裝置的類型、構造、原料、燃料的種(zhong)類、混合比、燃燒方式(shi)以及其它條(tiao)件的不同而有(you)顯著(zhu)的變(bian)化(hua)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)此,電除塵裝置與其它除塵裝置一樣,即使有(you)良好的收(shou)塵性(xing)(xing)能(neng),但是由于外界條(tiao)件的變(bian)化(hua),也會往往達不到預期的效(xiao)果。而且電除塵對(dui)外界條(tiao)件的變(bian)化(hua)較其它除塵裝置很為敏感。所以在設(she)計或選用電除塵器(qi)之前應充分掌握影響電除塵器(qi)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的諸因(yin)(yin)(yin)素。

在現場運行(xing)經驗中,高比(bi)電阻(zu)粉塵(chen)(chen)反(fan)電暈和粉塵(chen)(chen)二次飛揚是影響電除塵(chen)(chen)器除塵(chen)(chen)效率的主要因(yin)素。
