濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)以濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)作為(wei)過濾元件所組成(cheng)或采用脈沖噴吹的除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)。 濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)按安裝方式(shi)(shi)(shi)分,可以分為(wei)斜插式(shi)(shi)(shi),側裝式(shi)(shi)(shi),吊裝式(shi)(shi)(shi),上裝式(shi)(shi)(shi)。 濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)按濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)材(cai)料(liao)分,可以分為(wei)長纖維(wei)聚酯濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),復合纖維(wei)濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),阻燃(ran)濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),覆(fu)膜濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),納米濾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)等(deng)。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)結構是由(you)進風(feng)(feng)管、排風(feng)(feng)管、箱(xiang)體、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分流分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控(kong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成(cheng),類似氣箱(xiang)脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵器中(zhong)的布(bu)置很重要,既可(ke)以垂直(zhi)布(bu)置在(zai)箱體(ti)花(hua)板上(shang),也(ye)可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)置 在(zai)花(hua)板上(shang),從清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)置較(jiao)為(wei)合(he)理。花(hua)板下(xia)部(bu)為(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)室,上(shang)部(bu)為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈(mo)沖室。在(zai)除塵器入口(kou)處裝有(you)氣(qi)流分布(bu)板。
工作原理:
含塵(chen)(chen)氣體(ti)進入(ru)(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗后,由(you)于氣流(liu)(liu)斷(duan)面(mian)突然(ran)擴大及氣流(liu)(liu)分(fen)布板作用,氣流(liu)(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒在(zai)動和慣性(xing)力作用下沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)粒進入(ru)(ru)濾塵(chen)(chen)室(shi)后,通過布朗擴散(san)和篩濾等(deng)組合效(xiao)應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的氣體(ti)進入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣室(shi)由(you)排氣管經風(feng)機排出。
濾筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)阻力隨濾料表面(mian)粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而(er)增(zeng)大。阻力達到某一(yi)規定值時進行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序控制脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提升閥(fa)(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),將(jiang)過濾氣流(liu)截斷(duan),然后(hou)電(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)開啟,壓縮空(kong)氣以及短的(de)(de)(de)時間(jian)在(zai)上箱體內膨(peng)脹,涌入濾筒(tong),使濾筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產生振動(dong),并(bing)在(zai)逆(ni)向氣流(liu)沖刷的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia),附(fu)著(zhu)在(zai)濾袋外表面(mian)上的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),提升閥(fa)(fa)打(da)開,該室(shi)(shi)又恢復過濾狀(zhuang)態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依(yi)次進行,從頭一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)(shi)至下(xia)(xia)一(yi)次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)(shi)為一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
濾筒除塵器的(de)特(te)點如下:
1、由于濾(lv)料(liao)折褶(zhe)成筒(tong)狀使(shi)用,使(shi)濾(lv)料(liao)布(bu)置密度(du)大,所以除塵器(qi)結構緊湊(cou),體積小;
2、濾筒(tong)高(gao)度小(xiao)(xiao),安裝方(fang)便(bian),使用維(wei)修(xiu)工作量小(xiao)(xiao);
3、同體(ti)積(ji)除塵器過(guo)濾面積(ji)相對較(jiao)大(da),過(guo)濾風速(su)較(jiao)小,阻力不大(da);
4、濾料(liao)折褶(zhe)要求兩端密(mi)封(feng)嚴格,不(bu)能有漏氣,否則會降低效(xiao)果。
